Cake Ingredients:
- 1 Devils Food Cake Mix
- 1 21 oz. Can of Cherry Pie Filling
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp. Almond Extract
- Place all ingredient in a bowl and beat for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour batter into 9x13 buttered pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Small Box (3.3 oz.) of Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1/3 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- Pour Whipping Cream into a large bowl, using a mixer, whip for a few minutes until peaks form.
- Add Powdered Sugar and continue whipping to mix on high.
- Just before you get stiff peaks, add the Pudding Mix and continue to mix on low speed for another minute or so.
- Scrape down the sides and check to make sure nothing has clumped at the bottom, mix for another minute.
- Frost cake.
